How Does It Work?

  • An interactive 60-minute sessionswith a wellness expert

    Q+A time - including a digital platform to submit questions anonymously. Answered in-session and afterwards via email.

    Add On: 15-30min individual coaching sessions for attendees (additional cost ).

  • Allow 60 minutes for the seminar and time for questions.

    These often lead to conversations between colleagues afterwards, so I suggest considering adding in food to encourage connection and discussion.

  • Absolutely. Each session can be tailored to the audience, their level of understanding and their group needs. Please discuss these with me before booking.

  • These seminars can be delivered in-house at your offices, or online.

    They provide a great incentive to bring your people into the office for the day - before work, or at lunchtime means you’ll have a reason for everyone to get together for the day.

  • As an add-on service I can provide healthy snacks or meals (including special dietary requirements).

    Please provide the number of staff so that I can quote.

  • If there is a specific topic you’d like me to present on - just ask.

    I’ve curated seminars for organisations, gyms and I’m also a brand ambassador (I’m used to working with different briefs).

    I offer 15-min or 30-min post session coaching and custom nutrition plans as an add-on service.

  • Individual sessions are $1500 + GST.
