An interactive 60-minute sessionswith a wellness expert
Q+A time - including a digital platform to submit questions anonymously. Answered in-session and afterwards via email.
Add On: 15-30min individual coaching sessions for attendees (additional cost ).

Allow 60 minutes for the seminar and time for questions.
These often lead to conversations between colleagues afterwards, so I suggest considering adding in food to encourage connection and discussion.

Absolutely. Each session can be tailored to the audience, their level of understanding and their group needs. Please discuss these with me before booking.

These seminars can be delivered in-house at your offices, or online.
They provide a great incentive to bring your people into the office for the day - before work, or at lunchtime means you’ll have a reason for everyone to get together for the day.

I offer 15-min or 30-min post session coaching and custom nutrition plans as an add-on service.
